The survey result of the task was 247(50.9%) of 485 in score, and it shows the task needs some urgent improvement. Some general improvement should be given in the fields of school health policy and pharmacy management policy. There were no improvement requested items. And, by items, 15 among 136 specific items were improvement requested ones and the others were analyzed being required to get the emergency improvement or general improvement.
With the result, There came out an important fact that we all should have right health knowledge and good attitude with a deep interest in the task and systematic approach which can influence our lifelong health management.
In the relationship analysis of the task there was some meaningful statistics difference(F=2479.87, P=.000), and the same difference was showed in the regions(F=4.61, P=.000).
And there also showed some meaningful statistics difference between 6 domains and their sub domains of elementary school health improvement task: between school health policy and its sub domains(F=2479.87, P=.000), between physical school environment and its domains(F=3231.55, P=.000), between school social environment and its sub domains(F=1304.97, P=.000), between local relationship and its domains(F=7.61, P=.00), between personal health technique and its domain(F=1360.15, P=.000), between school health service and its domain(F=431.87, P=.000).
Comprehensively speaking, with the result, the study shows there are considerable interrelationships of 6 domains, 24 items and 136 specific items one another. This also emphasizes that we should carry out balanced health promotion program with equal interests on the every domain and every item. Therefore, the study concludes emphasizing the importance of three unified and interrelated elements of school, home and community, and suggests the followings:
1.Evaluate the school health promotion program on the more expanded regions utilizing the evaluation tool, not limiting into small area.
2.Evaluate the task on the every school in the province utilizing the evaluation tool.
3.Analyze the reality of school health promotion program with the over job training program of nursing students utilizing the standardized evaluation tool
